Stay right on the beach at Tybee Lights 114A, an oceanfront condo. First floor unit with only 5 stairs to the door and all one level on the interior. The condo offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and a private covered deck with direct access to the beach - no need to walk around building as you can step right down the stairs out onto the sand!

The living area offers a 42in flat-screen TV and great views of the ocean from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a pass-through to the dining area that has table seating for 6. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The main areas of the condo have laminate wood flooring. The Primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, amazing ocean views from the picture window, attached is the primary bathroom, and a TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed and a TV. There is an additional full bath in the hall.

Tybee Lights is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, the Library, and the YMCA. Enjoy the nice comfortable furnishings in this condo and the convenience of its wonderful location. Assigned parking for 1 vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly. No dogs allowed on the beach.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The home is a little dated, but that wasn’t a problem for us; we enjoyed the fact that the condo was clean and we absolutely loved how peaceful and private everything was for our stay. We didn’t want to leave and are ready to go back.

This is my 5th time staying at Tybee Island in the last 6 years and every time I stayed at Tybee Lights. I love being right on the beach secluded from hotel occupants. It’s the BEST beach experience!

Cancellations
  • Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
  • Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
  • Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
