The home consists of two separate apartments, each with its own separate living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms. The ground level, Waldburg Garden apartment, offers a private entrance, with its own courtyard and garden. Upstairs, find the entrance to Waldburg Terrace, a more classic, historic brownstone apartment, complete with hardwood floors and high ceilings, and a two-story layout.
Beginning on the ground level, the downstairs Garden apartment includes 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed, a full bathroom with a beautiful all-new walk-in shower, and a full parlor-style living area. The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 burner gas range and oven. The outdoor area offers a bit of privacy with a shaded porch and a fenced backyard, shared with the Terrace apartment.
Upstairs, the second-floor entry opens up to Waldburg Terrace, a second-floor two-story apartment. Tall French windows, hardwood floors, and high ceilings add warmth and coziness to the expansive living room, accentuated by the brick wall detail and neutral color palette. The parlor-style living room is blended with old and new. New furnishings and original brick details of the former working fireplaces have been carefully restored to show their original beauty. The living area has a comfortable sofa and large flat-screen television. A dining table for up to six is perfect for sharing meals together. You'll have everything you need to whip up tasty meals on the fly or create culinary masterpieces in the fully equipped kitchen with a 6-burner gas range and oven and all stainless steel appliances.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and another beautiful original fireplace. The newly renovated bathroom features a claw-foot tub within an enclosed shower, offering perfect spa-like relaxation. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed, a Smart TV and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and shares the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with an all-new walk-in shower.
This townhome has onsite, private parking for two vehicles behind the backyard privacy fence. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, making parking a breeze. Park your car and take local transportation on the Dot Shuttle that can be accessed near Forsyth Park. Walk or bike to many nearby amenities, including Forsyth Park. Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is an excellent choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, jogging, and free tennis courts. This is also where you will find the famous Forsyth fountain, which is a popular spot for weddings in Savannah. Additionally, the Forsyth Farmer's Market is a great early Saturday morning event to attend.
Guests will also be located only a short 20-25 minute drive to Tybee Island, Savannah's beach. Come out for a day trip to enjoy the beach, fishing, visit Ft. Pulaski, or climb Georgia's oldest and tallest lighthouse.

Perfect home for our girl scout troop trip! Plenty of space for all 11, with a fully equipped kitchen and walking distance to Forsyth park! We really felt at home and enjoyed our stay! Only complaint is that one of the showers clogged during our stay and they it wasn't fixed during the stay. Other than that, everything else was great!

We, 7 adults plus baby plus dog, had both units and the space fit us well! Location is great, right by Forsyth park, but longer walking time to downtown/the river (20+ min, or a very short Uber). Beds were comfortable, everyone slept well, and the inside is well maintained. AC and water were good, no issues. Just be careful getting in and out of the tub/shower in the top unit, it's a small ledge to step down to and then another step down to the actual floor. We were very appreciative of it being a dog friendly property, hard to find in certain cities! Would stay again.

We rented the entire place. It was clean with a musty smell. It was easy to get in the front however the parking is in the back. We found a key for the upstairs unit which was great. We were not able to find one for the bottle unit. The place was centrally located. Tybee vacation rentals were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would stay again.

Overall the property was enjoyable to stay at. There were a few loose boards on the main level with some nails popping up from the floor boards. There is also a banister on the deck that is loose, which is a safety hazard. Also the tub doesn't drain super quick. Parking is a little tight, but we made it work with an SUV and Minivan. Otherwise the property is close to Forsyth Park, couple of near by coffee shops and restaurants. Also just a short walk to get on the free bus down to the downtown area and riverwalk. It was good value for what we paid for it. There is lots to do in the area. There are some places you might need reservations at (either tours or restaurants). There is a glassblowing class that is right next door that you should plan ahead if you want to attend. We enjoyed our stay, juat wanted to bring attention to some of the small things on the property.
