Welcome to Beachwalk Apartments on Tybee Island! This charming, historic Tybee Apartment home invites you to sit back and enjoy the easy side of life. With 5 apartments in the building, this is a quaint little beach house, a short stroll to Tybee's main beach. Beachwalk 5 is a pet friendly, one-bedroom, one-bath apartment on the second level of this beachy apartment house.

Originally built in 1930, much has changed over the years; however, it has always maintained the cool, breezy charm inside and out. The apartments have been refurbished while maintaining the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls. The eclectic Tybee feel can be seen with the fun pops of color in the bright sunny porches and throughout the interiors of the apartments. The building has received the distinction of being on the National Register.

The apartment's living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a quick bite (there is no dishwasher), and there is bar seating for 2. The bedroom has a King bed and a TV, the attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbors and keep to the seating provided by each apartment. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit.

Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just 5 houses back from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Beachwalk #5 includes 1 parking space. Many guests will find they can park and walk everywhere, and not need a car until the end of their vacation!

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
