The large primary bedroom has a plush King-sized bed, and the all-new bathroom is very spacious and has a large double vanity, a large soaking tub, and a separate glassed-in shower. This condo offers in-unit WIFI for guest use and is also pet-friendly. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles only.
This beautiful, oceanfront condo is located in the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, and two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is pet-friendly.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Great beach and ocean views (can hear ocean) and access. Only thing better would have been to be on ground level with direct beach access, but then you wouldn't probably have the view. Only one flight of stairs to this condo. Bed and living room furniture was a little hard for us. We did not use sofa sleeper - so, can't comment on that. Liked layout of condo, kitchen amenities and having washer and dryer . Great for a couple. No beach chairs or umbrella in condo. No recycle bin that we saw on site.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
