This directly oceanfront 2 story townhouse is right on the sand at the Tybee Lights Condos, located at the big curve on Tybee Island. Located on the upper 2 floors of the building, Tybee Lights 112B features tile floors and a balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.

The entry to this unit is on the second floor of the building. Once inside, there are 2 floors to this townhome. The 1st floor includes the open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV and opens to a furnished balcony. The balcony sits over the sand and is the perfect spot for witnessing stunning sunrises. The dining area has seating for 4 with 2 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ready to handle any vacation meal requests. There is a half bathroom on this level, as well as a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

Upstairs, the 2nd floor of the townhome has two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared bathroom upstairs, accessed in the hallway that has a tub/shower combination. The east bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean where you can take in the sunset from the comfort of the king-size bed.

This property is pet-friendly. No dogs are allowed on the beach on Tybee Island. There is assigned parking for 1 vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. WIFI internet is available.

Tybee Lights is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, the library, and the YMCA.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
