Step inside this cozy condo and be swept away by its charm. The living area offers great seating and boasts a flat-screen TV with a sound bar and balcony access. The dining table seats four, and there are four additional seats at the large breakfast bar. The small private balcony is perfect for a quiet evening enjoying a glass of wine, with a table and two chairs, and extra outdoor seating providing a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane. The fully equipped kitchen features updated flooring and everything you need to prepare vacation meals with ease.
Bedroom 1 is a true oasis, furnished with a king-sized bed and an attached bath with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 is perfect for the little ones, featuring two twin beds. There is a full bath with a shower/garden tub in the hall, along with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Sandpiper building includes elevator access to each floor. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use. This condo is pet-friendly. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

First we would like to apologize to the lady that inspected before our condo was ready. We arrived early and spent time walking around and on the pier and beach waiting for a text. The groceries I had ordered to be delivered at 5:30 were there at 3:10! So we headed over to the condo and put them in the car. I was worrying about things spoiling or melting so i was hopeful that lady was there to drop off that welcome bag and send the text. We were in no way trying to rush her or be disrespectful! I could tell she was surprised to see us and probably thought we were rushing her. So for that, i apologize! The air conditioner is sub par for a condo this size. It would get cool only at night with all the ceiling fans on high and the closet with the filter had to be propped open. We set it to 70 and it was never below 74 except when we were sleeping. Advertising as Ocean View is a stretch. Yes there is a tiny bit of a view over the trees if you stood up and leaned way over the railing. The location was great. The condo was a good size for 6 adults. We enjoyed our first trip to Tybee and hopefully will return soon!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
