Wild Palms is a beautiful home in a quiet island neighborhood, located within a short distance of Tybee's Jaycee Park. Take a dip in the afternoon in the large, heated, private pool, and enjoy the spacious backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! Stylish furnishings, large decks, and a wonderfully landscaped courtyard surrounding the pool.

As with many Tybee homes, the home is built off the ground, with the main entrance on the second level of the home. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan with a large living area that offers a Queen-size sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen and dining area are perfect for entertaining guests and hosting family meals at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. Enjoy a casual outdoor living space on the screened porch, located on the front of the house, just off the living room. This is a perfect place to enjoy the Tybee Breezes in the evenings.

The main level bedrooms include a bedroom with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with a Queen Size Bed and a TV. Just off the hall is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. Both bedrooms on this level have access to a balcony overlooking the large backyard and pool area.

The top floor of the home includes a bedroom with a King size bed and a TV, and access to an outdoor balcony from the bedroom. The attached bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom upstairs has 2 twin beds with TV and an attached bathroom, perfect for kids.

Wild Palms is located about 1/2 a mile, 11 minutes walk from the nearest beach access, in a quiet neighborhood. Many extras...DVD and video collection, games, WIFI, books, and more. Walking distance to Jaycee Park, restaurants, and shopping. The closest beach access is approximately 1/2 mile from home. Parking for 4. This home is not pet-friendly.

Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of the reservation. (Not available in January and February).

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We already want to book again for next year. There is a closet for guests where you can use floats and they even had toys for the beach in there. We had everything we needed…but we do cook so if you do, you’ll want to bring seasoning, salt and pepper, oil with your groceries. All utensils and pots/pans, and cooking knives were fine.

Really nice place if you need a lot of space for individual people. A 4 bed, 4 bath is a real treat! It was perfect for what we needed. The pool is great but was in the shade a lot of the time. However it is beautiful greenery out back! We paid to have it heated. I’m not positive that it was as it was still pretty cold but that could just be our perspective. It’s also really dark out back at night which might be for the neighbors but string lights under the deck would make a big difference. Overall it met our needs completely. I would say if you have any trouble with stairs then this wouldn’t be a great fit. There are a lot of stairs which wasn’t an issue for us!

We stayed at this home for a cheerleading competition with another family and the size was perfect for all 9 of us! The location was also great. The downsides to the place was there was not enough towels, especially with a pool. I think there was exactly one per person. Also, the pool is only heated if requested, which I did not realize until my daughter made an icy plunge. I messaged to ask if we could add it on and pay but they said no the first night and then messaged the second and last night to see if we wanted to pay to turn it on, even though it takes 24 hrs and we were leaving the next morning. And the noise ordinance made me very anxious. I did use the prior reviews and made sure everyone knew we had to be in and quiet after 10 but I was still on edge as we had 5 cheerleaders with us lol, but that was all fine. The bar across the street did not mind a noise ordinance at all as they played karaoke loudly until 11 pm one night, which was not great for the sleeping kids.
