The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and is also equipped with a TV. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway. This condo also offers an in-unit washer and dryer.

Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved covered parking spaces. No pets are allowed. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean.

There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a pool just for the Bay View Villas building, 3 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.
