This lovely home is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood on Tybee's Horsepen Creek, which is a waterway tucked away from the more crowded beach neighborhoods. The home welcomes you with a coastal, casual style. The large living spaces have everything you need to make this house your home. The open floor plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is open to the dining area that has seating for 8 at the table. The kitchen is fully equipped and features all stainless appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for 2.
The main bedroom retreat offers views of the creek and marsh outside through the large windows. Inside, the bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has a Smart TV. The spa-like primary bathroom includes a whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower and his and hers sinks. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a Smart TV, and Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a Smart TV. The shared guest bathroom in the hall has a tub and shower combination.
Enjoy the marsh breeze from the screened-in second-level porch. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The home has a great outdoor pool and patio area perfect for lounging in the Tybee sun. Enjoy entertaining at the covered outdoor patio complete with a tiki bar, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Challenge your friends to outdoor games including corn hole, and ping pong. There is a cabana bath and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach and the backyard.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
