Super responsive, great local recommendations, and super clean and nice apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for us. The Kitchen was fully stocked, well organized, and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The furniture was super comfy and the apartment had just the right amount of space for us to be cozy but not cluttered. The only note I have is that the apartment is in the BACK of the property. The location is AMAZING. Walking distance to everything you might need (two blocks from Forsyth Park, Kroger right across the street, 15-minute walk to the river front). We did not need a car at all the entire month. The homes in the area are beautiful. We met the owners of the main home and they are super friendly as well. Overall, amazing experience here. Deposits

61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations

Free cancellation for 72 hours after booking if trip is more than 15 days away. After that time any payments made are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented at full rental rate. See Rental Agreement for full policy.
