The entrance to this unit is on the second floor of the building, and once inside there are two floors to the townhome. The first floor is where the living room, kitchen, and dining room are located and features a great open living plan that adds to its breezy, beach feel. The living room is fully furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a large smart TV, and opens up directly to the furnished balcony through a sliding glass door that provides a ton of natural light and allows for stunning views from anywhere downstairs. The balcony has seating for 4 and looks out across the Atlantic Ocean. The dining area has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your vacation meal needs and includes additional perks, such as a coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and microwave. Make a cup of coffee to enjoy while the sun rises over the horizon! Additionally, there is a half bath and a full-size washer and dryer on this level.
Head upstairs to the second floor to find the two bedrooms, which are both outfitted with king-sized beds as well as flat-screen TVs. The two bedrooms share an attached Jack-n-Jill bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The primary bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean where you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your king-sized bed!
This property is pet-friendly. No dogs are allowed on the beach on Tybee Island. There is assigned parking for one vehicle plus there are first come first serve unassigned visitor parking spots. WIFI internet is available.
Tybee Lights is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, Memorial Park, the library, and the YMCA.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. It is very clean and the beds are soooo comfy. I love that you can see the sun rise and sun set. It's the one condo I would return to. The TV in the living room needs to be explained better. We never could use it. Whatever the parental codes were did not work. The washing machine would not fill past very low. Had to add water by hand.
