The open living area has ample seating, a 42 inch TV with DVD player, access to the balcony, and a dining area with seating for 4. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a cook-top range, and a convection oven/microwave. The in-unit washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, TV, and has an attached full bath with tub and shower combination and access to the furnished balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and there is also a full guest bath in the hall. The large furnished balcony with seating for four and views of the pools and Tybee Lighthouse.
Extra amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, community pools, private beach access, and more. Two reserved, covered parking spaces available. This vacation home is located on the second floor, guests must use stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.
Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.
Winter Monthly Rentals
Available for any open 30+ day rental period between Nov. 2020 and Feb. 2021 for $1,500 monthly. Rates can vary depending on month and length of stay. Utilities are included, with a monthly electrical maximum. Additional rental fees total $425. Additional taxes and refundable security deposit required, and vary depending on the length of stay.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We really enjoyed this condo and had a wonderful stay in Tybee! We will be back! The condo was the perfect amount of space and we actually felt the living room space and balcony were larger than they appear in the pictures. The beds were comfortable although I’m glad we brought a few of our own blankets from home because we did need them. The balcony is wonderful; we loved sitting out there every morning! The pools at the condo are fabulous. Our kids loved them! It’s a nice neighborhood that’s peaceful and is close to many shops and restaurants. A few things I would note… the ice maker wasn’t working very well so we did have to buy our own ice. No big deal, just wanted others to be aware. Also to note (again not anything bad about the property just something for families to be aware of) if you take the path to the beach that is far left looking at the ocean it is super long and is kind of difficult with kids and all of your beach stuff. I would use the other two walkways for sure!

This unit is conveniently located to the beach and right across from 2 great pools. The unit has everything you need. Only suggestion would be to note in the description on the website that the microwave has an convection oven option. This would be important since there is no other oven in the unit.
July 2023 Stay
Wonderful unit with everything you need and is family friendly. The beds are comfortable, great water pressure, and no issues with WIFI while streaming. There is no traditional oven but the microwave has a convection oven option that was very easy to use for baking. Great proximity to the beach and pools. The community is nice and quiet. The two parking spaces (which are bumper to bumper) under the unit are great. We were able to use the first spot to store our beach gear and were able to get our minivan with a top carrier under the cover of the second spot. It wouldn't have fit under in the front parking spot due to the carrier.
