Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the terrace with comfortable seating. The dining table has seating for 6, with two stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and granite countertops.
The spacious main bedroom suite is furnished with a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The attached primary bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. Guest bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a TV, and Guest Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, plus twin bunk beds, with a trundle for sleeping up to 5 in this room. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is also a half bath in the hallway and a full-size washer and dryer. Guests enjoy added conveniences such as an elevator, gated entry into the parking area, and covered garage parking for two vehicles.
Brass Rail Condominium community is a Mediterranean-style gated condo on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
