Brass Rail 310, a fabulous, coastal-inspired condo, welcomes you with a bright and airy feel, with tons of natural light and delightful seaside touches throughout the home. Guests will love the attention to the details, including the beautiful shiplap wall with the large TV mounted above a sleek electric fireplace. Enjoy the comforting glow of the fireplace all year long.

The open floor plan includes a spacious living and dining area with a large flat-screen TV that opens to the expansive furnished pool view balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the terrace with comfortable seating. The dining table has seating for 6, with two stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need and features all stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and granite countertops.

The spacious main bedroom suite is furnished with a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony. The attached primary bath with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. Guest bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and a TV, and Guest Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed, plus twin bunk beds, with a trundle for sleeping up to 5 in this room. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There is also a half bath in the hallway and a full-size washer and dryer. Guests enjoy added conveniences such as an elevator, gated entry into the parking area, and covered garage parking for two vehicles.

Brass Rail Condominium community is a Mediterranean-style gated condo on the South end of Tybee Island, about 30 yards from the main beach. You will be within walking distance to restaurants and nightlife, tons of shops, and the Tybee Pier. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area.

NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking available. No Smoking in any common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

The location of this property is good, close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants, but the per night price feels high for the quality of the condo.
