Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King, 32-inch flat screen TV/DVD, and offers an attached bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. Bedroom 2 includes a 32-inch flat-screen TV/DVD, and Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Twin size and a Double size bed. There is a full bath in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 parking spaces in remote access gated lot with key entry oceanfront street entrance.
NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/high seasons.
About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. From the pictures all inside was very accurate to the pictures and was great. Felt we were a little misled on the ocean view. Was more like an ocean sliver of a view. Wasn’t something we could sit on the deck, relax and watch the ocean waves come in but the condo itself was great and met all our needs. Parking was very tight so don’t bring a full size car!
