Located just a short stroll from the beach and from Memorial Park which has a playground, tennis, basketball, volleyball, Library, gym, and YMCA. The ground level of the home has a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, half bath, and the primary suite. The second level has 3 bedrooms, a family room, and a full guest bath.
The kitchen features all stainless appliances and a dining table. Additional dining space is located on the screened porch directly off the kitchen. Accessed from the porch is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary suite is furnished with a King size bed, 32in flat-screen TV with Bluray player, Bose CD player/radio, and a full bath with a large walk-in shower (no tub).
The family room on the second level has a 50in flat-screen TV and a full-size sleeper sofa. (The fireplace is decorative only). Off the family room is a King guest bedroom, and Queen guest bedroom, and a guest bedroom furnished with a double bed and a day bed. There is a full bath/tub located on this floor,
This home contains many extras including WIFI, Bose iPod dock, books, and more! Off-Street Parking for 3 regular-sized vehicles.
Heated Pool Option: Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of the reservation. Not available in January and February. The pool measures 12ft x 23ft.
Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting a neighboring home. For example, Casa Azul is a four-bedroom home that sleeps up to 13, and The Oar House is a 4 Bedroom neighboring home that sleeps up to 10. When combined with The Oar House, that would be a total of 12 bedrooms and enough space for up to 34 guests.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The property was amazing, loved the privacy! It was beautifully decorated, quaint and cozy! Communication was easy and our only issue (pool heater tripped after the power outage) was quickly taken care of! Thank you for another great stay on Tybee!!

Communication was frustrating: I requested pool be heated prior to our arrival and when I messaged (through airBNB) that the pool was cold, I was told that I hadn’t paid ahead…(ultimately the pool was only warm enough to swim in on the last day). Also there is no address to your office with the checkin instructions and there are 2 Tybee property management places near each other- confusing. Lastly, I received a text to be sure and follow the checkout instructions, but could not find any checkout instructions either at the Airbnb site or in my email. I spent a lot of time searching the Airbnb website to understand your properties guidelines. I feel like there’s way too much instructional information. But when I asked about having a yoga mat or if bike rentals were available, no one even answered those questions.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
