The open plan condo features a casual, comfortable living area furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances, and includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is a table that seats 4. There are 2 built-in bunks in the hall, making them perfect sleeping spots for kids. Relax in the bedroom that is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and the SBRC office, community grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). There is coin-operated laundry available for guests' use. Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

I dare you to sit out on the balcony in the evenings and tell me you see less than 50 dolphins at a time….. I DARE YOU! All jokes aside, very happy with the stay. If we come back to the area - you’ll be our go to!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
