Description
The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining area has seating for 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a stacked washer and dryer tucked inside the cabinetry for guest use.
The primary bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The hall bathroom has a tub and shower combination and is also accessible from the guest bedroom.
This condo is located on the second floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, elevators, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, the Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. Pet-friendly with an additional fee. Please note, the view of the ocean and the pools are currently partially obstructed by palm trees.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The location is great, the pool area and beach access is great. The condo is dated and the furniture is not comfortable. For the price, I think I could find another unit in the same area that is more modern. The kitchen was good, well stocked and organized which was nice.
