The living area includes a flat-screen TV and an attached balcony with a great view of the beach. There is a dining table seating up to 4 and additional outdoor seating for four on the balcony. Bedroom 1, the oceanview bedroom is furnished with a King bed, an attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. Bedroom 2, the Lighthouse view bedroom, is furnished with a King-size bed and a TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. A condo is an excellent option for family getaways or couples!
Lighthouse Point 13B is located on the second floor. Enjoy fresh ocean air from the furnished balcony. Parking is reserved for two vehilces under the building. (13B can accommodate larger vehicles with a wider parking area.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point is on the Northeastern most point where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene, with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex featuring private beach access, a tennis court, and pickle-ball court, a playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20), and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum and Jaycee Park.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Pro- very clean and comfortable beds with plenty of towels and linen. Cons: It’s a long hard haul to the beach and washer/dryer do not work.

If you are looking for a condo with a quiet beach and a pool, this is your place! Lighthouse condos are great, I would recommend booking a B unit as they all have more oversized parking spaces!

Stayed with my two adult daughters for a few days. Different area we have never been here before. We enjoyed the beach and calmness of the water. It is quite a long walk to the beach though if you have any limitations which we do not. Overall really nice place to stay though.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
