As is typical of many Tybee homes, the main living areas are on the second floor. The open-plan living area can be accessed from the covered front porch entryway. The comfortable living room has a 65" Smart TV. The open floor plan of this home is ideal for entertaining friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including a French door refrigerator, dual ovens, and a Kitchen Aid stand mixer - really everything you may need to prepare delicious meals. Just off the kitchen is a writing desk, perfect for remote work, and a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen.
The three bedrooms include a spacious primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, wall-50" Smart TV, and a large ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, and bedroom 3 has a daybed with a pull-out trundle bed. Both rooms have 40" Smart TVs.
Step outside the kitchen to find the back deck with stairs leading to the backyard sanctuary. Entertainment is elevated to a whole new level in the bonus living area on the ground floor. Catch all your favorite sports, movies, and TV on the 75 inch Smart TV in the Media Room. Enjoy alfresco dining without the hassle of unwelcome distractions. Neptune himself would be spotted relaxing by the pool or having a soak in the spa area. Relax in the pool and fire up the grill for outdoor bbq. The carport is perfect for challenging your guests to a few games in any weather. Games include corn hole, ping-pong, and darts.
Bring your bikes, or rent them while you are here; it is the best way to see all of Tybee Island. Bike or stroll to the nicest beach on Tybee, only four short blocks away! This great mid-island location is within a short walk to Memorial Park, which has a playground for kids, volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, as well as the Tybee Library and YMCA. The house is nestled on a quiet street, away from neighborhood traffic. Parking is available for 4 cars in the driveway.
Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $35.00 per day for the length of the reservation. (Not available in January and February). Please note, the spa area is for seating only. No jets.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Absolutely recommend staying here! Great location within a short golf cart ride from Tybee bars and beach. Tybee rentals did an amazing job - shout out to Summer & Amy for helping us with our little discrepancy we had. The propane tank was l empty and it was replaced within 30 minutes. Couldn’t compliment Neptunes Nest & Tybee rents enough! We come every year to Tybee, can’t wait to try a new rental with TR next Summer!

Our stay was fantastic! The house was as advertised, spotlessly clean, great pool area and a separate TV / movie room. The communication, before and during, from TVR was informative and accurate. The keyless check-in worked flawlessly, in fact, check-in is 4:00pm, but I received a text at 1:30 that told me the property was ready and I could check-in then. I had an issue with the pool and spa controls and called the office and they had a pool technician at the property in 30mins and quickly got me up and running. I travel a great deal for work and stay in various properties across the country and can say my experience with TVR is as good as it gets!
