The main living level of the home is on the second floor, with an interior stairway that is wide and welcoming. The distinctive, vintage-styled living space has a bright open floor plan with large sliding glass doors on two sides. Open the doors to reveal a grand outdoor, screened-in porch that brings the outdoors in. The large porch will make you feel right at home and will be where you want to spend your time enjoying the beautiful view and feeling the serenity of the ocean breeze. Listen closely to hear the waves lapping at the shore. Spend days relaxing and entertaining on the porch that has comfortable seating and has a large dining table, perfect for family dinners overlooking the ocean.
There are two Bedrooms and two Bathrooms on the main floor. The Primary bedroom has a King bed and a TV and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a King bed and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination in the hallway. Downstairs, the third guest bedroom has a King size bed as well as additional bedding with a Twin Daybed with a trundle, perfect for family members with children. This bedroom features a 40inch flat-screen Smart TV, for streaming your own media (there is no cable in this bedroom.) There is a half bath downstairs, and two separate walk-in showers that make rinsing off after a day at the beach a breeze.
The garage area has been converted to an entertainment room, complete with a ping-pong table, challenge your guests to a friendly match! There are a gas grill and an outdoor shower outside of the home. Just steps away from the front entrance of the home is the private boardwalk that leads over the dunes to the beach. The boardwalk is long in order to get you safely past the protected, natural dunes of the mid-island. The wide beach of Tybee's Mid-Island is a quiet stretch of white sand beaches surrounded by beautiful natural sand dunes.
Ocean Walk is located on 11th Terrace, directly across from the Tybee Island Market IGA and is about a half of a mile to the South End business district and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavillion. This home offers Wifi and parking for up to 4 vehicles.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

I would recommend Tybee Vacation rentals, just not this home. I wish I had of know about you before I rented through VRBO.

The double access to the screened- porch is awesome!
Ocean walk is a great mid island location with 4, count em, 4 parking spaces!! ( We stay at Tybee a lot, parking can be an issue). The duo of sliding glass doors the lead to the “ L” shaped screened-in porch are wonderful. The porch is my favorite part!!!! Location to the beach is marvelous, the ocean view is really nice. The house works well for us. The south pier is an easy walk.
