Bee by the Sea, only 50 Yards to the beach! Located on the South End of Tybee, this condo is perfectly situated close to the Tybee Island Pier, shops, restaurants, and Nightlife. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is perfect for a family vacation. Park your car in the off-street parking, and never need to move it! Located at Boylston Place #6, you will be within walking distance to everything you need on Tybee.

Located on the second floor of the building, the main entrance is 2 flights up the stairs from the covered parking area. This Condo has been renovated to include a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, stainless appliances, and a custom glass tile backsplash. There is new flooring throughout which is great for families traveling with pets. The open floor plan of the living area is perfect for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. The living room has a Queen Size sleeper sofa, a 65in Flat Screen TV, and a variety of board games for entertainment. There is an additional Twin Inflatable mattress available for guests. The Living room opens to the balcony. Open the doors to feel the Tybee breezes! Enjoy a partial view of the ocean from the comfort of your covered balcony.

The Primary Suite has a king-sized bed, an attached bath, and a 42in flat-screen TV. The sliding doors lead to the rear balcony that leads to the elevator. The key to the slider door is located in the lockbox hanging by the door. This makes bringing luggage up to the third floor much easier. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and 32in flat-screen TV. All TVs include Roku devices for streaming.

The condo has two off-street reserved parking spaces. NOTE: Larger SUV`s will not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/high seasons. Wifi is available. This property is handicapped friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Bee by the Sea is by the sea! It’s a 5 minute walk from the shore to the door. There’s an elevator, but it only takes you to the back rooms. You will have to enter through the front door first to open these doors. It’s a great and convenient addition that a lot of buildings don’t have. Parking is tight but you’re parking at the beach…for free…so no complaints. There is a shower by the back steps to hose off you or any other sand covered items you may have! The washer/dryer is great but the dryer will take a couple of cycles for any load over a few items. The kitchen is fully furnished with any and everything you’d need. I’m not sure how they keep the mosquitoes and gnats away but we ate and rested on the porch and didn’t see one! The games were a nice touch as well as the ample amount of streaming options. The beds are comfy!!! Bring extra pillows. The only only only thing I’d want changed is the shower head. If possible a hand held shower head would make this condo perfect. Bee by the Sea is a beautiful little condo with all you would need and more. Truly steps from the beach and the main strip. We could run back to the room for a forgotten sweatshirt, bandaid, wallet or quick shoe change and be back before we knew it! Enjoy the laid back atmosphere of Tybee by walking from your room to several restaurants that will blow you away with both taste and service!
