The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a daybed. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are furnished with flat-screen TVs.
Located only a short 2 blocks to the main beach in a great south-end location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Pier, and more! There is a furnished screened porch with dining and outdoor seating and a gas grill. Enjoy the backyard with an in-ground pool (17ft by 10ft) perfect for families. Enjoy relaxing in your private pool during those hot Summer days.
Complimentary WIFI Internet access. This property is pet-friendly for an additional fee. Parking for 3. (Optional pool heat not available in January/February).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach cottage! It’s a great location, right off of the bike path. We biked to the lighthouse and the beach. Very quiet neighborhood, and the kids loved the pool in the backyard. We also really enjoyed using the screened in porch!

Blue Crab Cottage was so adorable and perfect for 3 couples, all family, who stayed for 4 nights. Each bedroom and ensuite bath were great with comfortable beds and space to spread out. We came together in the cozy living room/dining room/kitchen areas, as well as, on the screened porch. The pool was terrific for lounging after a day at the beach! We would definitely stay here again and hope to plan another trip soon to Tybee!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
