The downstairs greets you with what will be a fun and cozy living space - perfect for movie nights or a cool hangout for kids and teens - with a comfy sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a table-top video game console that will entertain for hours. Follow the steps upstairs to the main living level. Whether you prefer to dine indoors or on the upper deck, you'll find plenty of room to spread out and relax here. A flat-screen TV and a new sofa are in the living room. The fully equipped galley kitchen has been updated and includes all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee machine. A huge sunroom on the back of the house connects two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and a bonus half bathroom, and Bedroom 2 has a King size bed. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom on this level.
Downstairs includes three bedrooms; bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen-size bed and TV, Bedroom 4 has Two Twins, and Bedroom 5 has a full-size bed. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, an additional half bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. The backyard features a brick-paved patio with twinkle lights, perfect for enjoying a nice Tybee evening. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Off-street parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Wireless Internet is available for guest use. This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Our stay was lovely at this property. It’s in a great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The house is well decorated and had plenty of space for 9 adults. The upstairs bathroom could use updating but that aside it was a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our time in Tybee!

House was exactly as described! Old house, but very clean and updated throughout! Very unique! Loved the sun room! On the corner of the block, so busy street right outside and you do hear some street noise at night. They were very easy to communicate with and handled our one and only issue quickly! The also found a missing item and returned it to us! It was a gold wedding band that was very sentimental and we were thrilled that it was found and returned! Would rent again!

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
