The inside has been completely updated and renovated to include an all-new kitchen, bath, and new furnishings throughout. The home has a modern feel, with contemporary colors and design. The classic Tybee home features Terrazzo floors that have been refinished to their original luster. This style of the floor will certainly keep guests cool in the warm Tybee summer! The open living and dining areas are great for relaxing, dining, or playing games together. The fully equipped kitchen has all you need to enjoy home-cooked meals or snacks on the go. For coffee lovers, choose a regular or Keurig coffee maker to start your day.
The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two King bedrooms and one Queen bedroom. The all-new renovated bathroom features new fixtures, with tasteful subway tiles. There are a washer and dryer for guests' use located in the bathroom. The home is equipped with 3 TV's, one in the Living Room and one in each of the King Bedrooms.
Enjoy a splashing good time, all year long with a brand new heated and cooled pool and patio. Rinse off the beach sand with a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Take on cooler nights with the outdoor firepit. Wifi is available at the home.
Tybee's Central Island neighborhood is an eclectic mix of homes, both old and new construction. The streets are quiet and welcoming for guests looking for a home away from home. The Mary Ann is located just one block away from 2nd Avenue, which is Tybee's designated safe street for bicyclists. Also, guests can enjoy beautiful walks or bike rides along 12th Street as it turns into Venetian Drive which offers some of the best views of the sunset on Tybee Island. Be sure to bring bicycles while visiting, or plan to rent some while you are here - it is the best way to see the Island! There is ample parking for up to 4 cars. The outdoor patio includes a gas grill for the perfect backyard bar-b-que.
Guests can choose to add pool heat for an additional $25 per day (not available in January and February). This home is Pet-friendly, with an additional fee. The Mary Ann is a great escape! Just ask Gilligan, the Professor, Ginger, and the gang!
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The place was clean and quite. The pool was nice after a day at the beach. Beach access was a few blocks away.

Loved everything about this rental! The pool and the outdoor shower are the stand outs for sure! Worth it just for those! The location is ideal for the beach! And only 25 minutes to Savannah.

To start the place is so nice it's larger than it looks. The pool (appx 5ftdeep) was fairly clean aside from debris in the bottom, always at a perfect temp (we had no need to ask for it to be heated). 2 out of 3 beds were comfortable 1 was as if you were sleeping on the floor, pillows were nice. Couch was okay, again a little stiff, thank God for all the pillows it comes with! Alot of windows to let the natural light in. Bring extra towels! Bathroom inside and out had a nice toliet with a BIDET nice little extra feature, however, the shower is definitely a fall hazard seems like no matter where you would stand you would slip (no bath products and still slippery) we ended up using the outdoor bathroom/shower the majority of the time and it was WONDERFUL no worries of slipping pressure was great and stayed fairly cool even in the heat of the day. Yard was nice and clean. Grill worked and had gas. Overall great stay minus the expense factor (all air bnbs are expensive this time of year).

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
