There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats three. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The large bathroom has a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.
Beachside Colony complex includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is not Pet-Friendly.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Too many of your questions require a definite yes or no answer. Need an in-between selection. I had no need for a maintenance repair so I can’t judge the responsiveness for such a situation. I would rent this unit again if I knew a better mattress replaced the hard one.
