Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach & Racquet Club office, community grills, bike racks and community coin operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building (there is no washer/dryer inside this condo).
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Good view, enjoyed watching the dolphins and cargo ships. Liked the size of the bathroom and bedroom. Could not see the sunrise from the balcony because of the trees. That was a bummer. I know we could have walked down to the beach but if we really wanted to see it but that wasn’t our preference.
