The fully-equipped kitchen boasts elegant updates and provides countertop seating for three, making it an ideal spot for casual meals. When it's time for a sit-down dinner, the dining space offers seating for six, creating a welcoming atmosphere for memorable gatherings. There is a shared full bathroom on this level.
Bedroom 1 offers a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom offers a shower-tub combination and a double vanity. Bedroom 2 has a king-sized bed and a Smart TV.
Need more space? The other side of this townhome, Tybee Stars, is available to rent alongside for extra accommodation!

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. We visited on a busy Memorial Day weekend, but around the rental, we felt like we had the island to ourselves. The street was quiet and had considerate neighbors. The shared lagoon was beautiful for a cup of coffee in the morning. The private beach access was really convenient and gave us a lot of beach space to ourselves. Tybee Vacation Rentals has a real gem!

Lovely house with nice furnishings. Pretty views. Quiet street and easy access to boardwalk onto the beach. (Note not a swimming beach)

The location is great. You can walk to the lighthouse, coffee shop and other attractions. Easy walk to the beach. Best part is the view of the boardwalk and the pond. Bring carrots and apples to feed the turtles. Lots of wildlife to see from the porch. You will have to sign into your own accounts fir Hulu, Netflix etc. If you like to cook bring all your spices and some favorite cookware. Quiet neighborhood. There are some beach chairs at the rental.

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
