We loved staying here! The street parking was just fine and we were able to park two vehicles out front during our long stay. The beds were very comfortable. The two bedrooms on the right side didn’t have all of the space to fully open or close the door, but we made it work anyways. The house was very well stocked and the little backyard was perfect to let our dogs go out early mornings/late at night. It’s a perfect location for walking to downtown Savannah and Forsyth Park. We walked on average 5 miles a day out of choice and it was perfect. It was safe for us to go out walking in the evening and at night. there are restaurants right around the corner and it was right at the entrance of the downtown area so it was easy to get out and back into the city to get back to the house. Definitely recommend staying here.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. It's an older building, but the inside has been completely remodeled and is very nice and squeaky clean! They supply some essentials to get you started on your stay (enough for our 2 nights), but no coffee or spices, as some other places do. This is owned by a larger rental agency, but the communication was clear, helpful and friendly. Just doesn't have the small, personal touches of a place owned/operated by an individual. Great place for couples, girl's weekend, etc.

- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Free cancellation for 72 hours after booking if trip is more than 15 days away. After that time any payments made are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented at full rental rate. See Rental Agreement for full policy.
