This beautifully updated corner-unit, top-floor condo boasts breathtaking oceanfront views and a prime location right on the bustling South End of Tybee Island! Take advantage of the convenience of being just 25 feet from the beach as well as steps from the pier, amazing restaurants and fantastic shopping!

You'll have access to everything you need to make the most of your trip. Kick back in the spacious living area, which features ample seating, a flat-screen TV, and spectacular views of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and a dishwasher makes preparing meals a breeze. The dining area provides plenty of space for up to 6 guests to gather and share a meal.

The star of the show is the private furnished balcony where you can relax and feel the ocean breeze while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the beach and pier. Retreat to one of the three bedrooms for a good night's sleep, with Bedroom 1 boasting a luxurious king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a double sink, whirlpool tub, and shower. Bedroom 2 has another comfortable king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen-sized bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. For larger groups, there is also a queen Inflatable bed available for additional guests.

Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant) 2 parking spaces in the gated lot.

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the Strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.

NOTE: Larger SUVs may not fit in parking spaces - especially during peak/ high seasons.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is not pet friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. This property has a great beach view with plenty of room for a family. There is a bit of noise from the street in the evenings but it isn't terrible and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
