The living room sectional sofa creates a cozy living space with a large flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace. The dining area has enough seating for six people at the dining table and four people at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances and lovely open cabinetry. The living room leads to the front covered wrap-around porch. The deck has comfortable seating and is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and evening Tybee breezes.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. Plenty of natural light fills the space. The attached bathroom has a walk-n shower and has been updated with dual vessel sinks. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3, perfect for families with kids, is furnished with two twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms share a bathroom in the hall with a tub and shower combination. The washer and dryer are located in this bathroom as well.

There is a bonus entertainment area beneath the home where guests can relax and play games like chess, shuffleboard and cornhole. For cookouts, there is an outdoor kitchen and game zone and an enclosed screened area that includes a hot tub. Around the side and back of the home you'll find horseshoes, a firepit area and another entertainment area with air hockey, ping pong, billiards, darts and a TV. This home is an excellent choice for families traveling with children and pets! Pets are welcome. There is free WiFi.

The nearest beach access is about a half-mile away, a 9-minute walk away. North Beach has a sandy beach but no significant wave action. North Beach is classified as a bay because it is where the Savannah River meets the ocean. You can watch dolphins play, shrimp boats, and large container ships travel to and from Savannah's port.
