The living area boasts plentiful seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to the screened-in porch. The fully equipped kitchen features bar seating with four stools. Revel in al-fresco dining at the large outdoor table with seating for 10 on the screened-in porch, the perfect spot for enjoying meals amid the coastal ambiance. Step onto the expansive porches, both upstairs and down, to savor the refreshing breeze. The extensive yard, patio, and grilling area provide an ideal backdrop for entertaining loved ones, creating the perfect setting for shared moments of joy.
Escape to the comfort of one of the relaxing bedrooms after a day exploring the island. Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and a ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer two queen-sized beds and a Smart TV. Bedroom 4 has king bed, a Smart TV, and patio access.
The spacious backyard is the perfect place to gather with your vacation crew for a cookout with a gas grill, fire pit, and patio with lounge seating.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, and dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (28+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid. The amount is included in your online quote. In addition, a monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a complete list of terms and policies.

Such a gem. The house is decorated bright and cheery. The large green yard adds to the experience of relaxing. Having the 3 1/2 baths really helps with a large group. Not many places offer that. TV in every room, which is super-convenient. The location is great because you can walk to the shops and the beach. We brought our bikes, too, which makes parking a lot easier!

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
