Stepping inside, you'll be captivated by the living room, which doubles as a sunroom, enchanting you with its walls and ceiling adorned with windows. Sink into the plush seating and lose yourself in your favorite movies on the Smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen exudes coastal charm, where you can whip up meals for your entire vacation crew. Gather around the dining area, which comfortably accommodates six, and share cherished moments after a blissful day at the beach. A shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combination adds convenience to your stay.
Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, access to the screened-in porch, and the added privacy of an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a free-standing tub. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 features a full-sized bed with a trundle twin bed and a Smart TV.
The outdoor spaces make it easy to kick back and relax on your beach vacation! The communication was excellent and the responsiveness was wonderful. The stove/oven was not working upon our arrival and Tybee Vacation Rentals provided us with gift certificates for local restaurants to offset the lack of ability to cook in the house for a couple of days.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
