This newly updated South Tybee duplex offers a combined five bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. This is just what you need to change your Whole Latitude! Located on the South end of Tybee Island, convenient to everything you need. Save the money and stress of summer parking and walk to the beach, local restaurants, and nightlife, all within a 1 block radius.
Latitude A (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. No washer or dryer or outdoor space is offered on this side.
Latitude B (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom):
Open living room with comfortable seating, table seating for 6, flat-screen smart TV, and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Two bedrooms are furnished with King beds and smart flatscreen TVs. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. This home is pet-friendly. There is a small backyard area that also offers a gas grill for cookouts.
This home is perfect for families and friends getaways looking for a great location and room to spread out but still be together! There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles in the back of the duplex. Wifi is available. Please note the maximum adult occupancy of this property is 12 or 14 if at least 2 guests are under the age of 12.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Great location. The only reason i would not stay here again is that the windows don't have black out curtains. Which is not a big deal, but the other rental company has a swimming pool and the flood lights come thru the windows and it's like trying to sleep in the3 middle of the day.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
