The open plan living and dining areas welcome guests with comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer just off the kitchen.
The Primary bedroom has access to the balcony and includes a King-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The spacious primary bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.
Brass Rail Condos is a Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 108 is located only 30 yards from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier, and more. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area.
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building, with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guests convenience. This home is Pet-Friendly, for an additional fee. Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The elevator and wagon is a must and the closeness to the beach is great. Plenty of towels for our party of 6. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed ie plates, glasses, silverware and kitchen utensils.
