The open living area has a large flat screen Smart-TV, comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa and balcony access. The balcony offers seating and a beautiful view of the water and Tybee sunsets. This property has an updated kitchen with an oven/stove top and a full-size fridge, no dishwasher and kitchen seating for 4. The bedroom has a King bed and a Smart TV, and convenient charging stations on the nightstands. This condo will sleep up to 4 comfortably. This condo offers in-unit high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, community pool, 3 tennis courts, community grills, bike racks, private parking, and a gated complex.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. I couldn’t believe and understand how amazing the location is until I booked here. The private access and shells and fossils that were found was priceless….you can enjoy dolphins from the balcony and the shrimp boats and sunsets are one of the most beautiful things I have ever shared….respectfully thank you
