The ground level of this home features two garages and a large foyer and den with access to a privacy fenced yard and patio with a gas grill. The large den has ample seating and a TV for viewing the game or movie night with the kids. Enjoy games and activities including a ping-pong table. The second floor of the home is the main living level. This floor features a large open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has bar seating for three, and the dining table has ample room to seat eight comfortably. The huge, fully equipped galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances and features dual sinks and dual dishwashers - for easy cleanup. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the living room, which opens to a balcony facing the backyard. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room.
Located on the main living level is primary Bedroom 1, with a King bed, TV, private bath, and huge walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The third floor has a study in the hallway loft plus three additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 on this level, has a King bed, TV, and an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a King Bed, Smart TV, and a private bath. Bedrooms 4 and 5, are both furnished with 2 Queen Beds and have Smart TVs. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There are Four total balconies at this home from which to enjoy the coastal breezes and fresh Tybee air! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Lazy Dayz is a great place to spread out with the family and relax near the beach!
WIFI is available for guest use. This home is just a short block away from the nearest beach access. Guests will enjoy being just a quick walk to Memorial Park, the Tybee Island Library, Tybee YMCA, restaurants, shopping, and more.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Spacious home with plenty of room for a large group. FYI only basics are provided. Disappointed the kitchen was stocked with a bare minimum of basics and had few cooking utensils (no spoons or slotted spoons to use when cooking), few serving bowls and no large plates/platters. Many empty drawers and cabinets which made it seem like even less. Bring your own Kleenex, coffee filters, foil and plastic wrap. Also there are no beach items for guest use (chairs, umbrella etc). Have stayed in many condos/homes over the years and this one had the least items for guests. However our party of 10 (2 families with adult kids) all agreed we’d stay there again. It’s a great house and we had a fun visit to Tybee Island!

The porches are amazing but since it’s on a busy road we did not use them much, as it was hot and loud. Amazing family space, huge bedrooms, great closets. We even used the downstairs king bedroom closet for a baby and it worked amazing. The noise travels a bit, especially into the bedroom with the bathroom door since it’s open to the hallway but nothing was loud enough to keep us awake from room to room.

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
