Originally built in 1930, much has changed over the years; however, it has always maintained the cool, breezy charm inside and out. The apartments have been refurbished while maintaining the original hardwood floors and beadboard walls. The eclectic Tybee feel can be seen with the fun pops of color in the bright sunny porches and throughout the interiors of the apartments. The building has received the distinction of being on the National Register.
The apartment's living room has two twin sleeper chairs to allow for additional guests and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a quick bite (no dishwasher), and there is a table for 4. The bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV, the attached bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Located in the South End of Tybee Island, just 5 houses back from the beach and within two blocks of many restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Island Pier and Pavilion. Beachwalk #4 includes 1 parking space. Many guests find they never need to move their car until the end of their vacation!
Beachwalk Shared Amenities: There are two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbors and keep to the seating provided by each apartment. An enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower is located on the property, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Located in the rear of the building is a laundry room with a free washer and dryer for guests to use during their visit. This apartment is pet-friendly.
All apartments offer Cable TV and High-speed Wireless Internet/WIFI.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property and dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Awesome location. We never had to drive anywhere. We walked to the beach. Walked to eat dinner. Such a great location and perfect for our family of 4, plus our dog.

If they plan on cooking any, to bring basic cooking spices such as salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc.

When booking I asked about repeat guest rates only to find there are incentives available after we arrived. I was messaged asking if I needed my turtle rescued, but the staff had already acted. The rain on the steps resulted in me taking a spill down the steps washing towels. I wouldn't recommend this specific unit just because the typical condo convenience is not there, only the accessibility to the beach.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
