Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by the front porch that’s located on the second story, which is perfect for enjoying the island breeze. Through the front door, there is an open living area with plenty of seating for gathering together to watch the wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is just off of the living area and features stainless appliances as well as countertop seating for 3. There is a separate dining area with seating for 6 that’s perfect for coming together to enjoy a meal with your vacation group. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is an additional half-bath on the main floor.
The two other bedrooms are located on the top level of the home. The spacious, primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an inflatable bed and plenty of light from the double windows. The other bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share a jack n’ jill style bathroom with a shower tub combination.
The back deck is yet another great place to gather around with friends and family as there is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 under a magnificent oak tree. Below the home, the garage has been converted to a great game room for hours of fun! There are three parking places in the driveway. In addition, there is an in-home washer and dryer and a second refrigerator at the property.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

The property is in a great location near the North side of the beach, in which we now prefer to stay. Minutes from most shops, Tybean coffee, the Tybee Island Lighthouse, North Beach Bar and Grill, The Cockspur Restaurant, and Tybee Golf Cart rentals. We absolutely LOVE the location!

- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
