Enter the home from the beautiful second level deck. The French doors welcome you from the covered deck, which gives the feeling of relaxing in a treehouse, with views of the majestic oak tree that sits just outside the door. The tri-level floor plan features wide plank wood flooring and all new fixtures and furnishings throughout. The open plan living room is bright with tons of natural light. There is ample seating with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The main living level has a spacious feel with a beautiful custom kitchen cabinetry. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The kitchen is ready for entertaining and has a wide breakfast bar with bar seating for 4. The large dining table seats up to 8. The furnished deck also includes a gas grill, ready for use.
The main level has one guest bedroom with a Queen size bed and an attached bathroom that is also accessed through the hall. Upstairs, on the third floor are three additional bedrooms, including the primary Suite. The primary Bedroom has a King size bed, and TV, and an attached bathroom with dual vanities, and a custom tile shower with dual showerheads. The primary bedroom features French Doors leading to the private balcony with seating that also looks into the majestic oak tree, making it feel like a private treetop oasis. Guest bedroom 2, on this level also has a King size bed and a TV, and an attached balcony on the opposite side of the home, perfect for enjoying the warm sunshine in the day, and cool air by night. There is an attached bathroom which is also accessed in the hallway. Guest Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. There are a washer and dryer in the hall on this level. Downstairs in the covered garage area is a ping pong table for family fun.
Coastal Livin is a great option to enjoy all the comforts of a brand new, custom-built, and designed home while being close enough to the activity of the South end of Tybee. This home offers beautiful coastal decor and charm, and attention to detail at every turn! Located about a block and a half away from the nearest public beach access down 13th Street. The Tybee Pier and Pavillion is within walking distance of the beach. Guests will also be located near great Tybee restaurants and nightlife.

This location is about good 5-7 minute walk from the beach unless we didn’t know another access that was close for us. You will need to bring the following: extra beach chairs… extra towels… extra toilet paper… extra paper towels if you have maybe more than 6 people for a week.. front rooms to the street are noisy during the day but off the charts at night with traffic noise. The house is roomy, light and has plenty of space for 10 people. It feels mostly beachy. Could use a dresser in downstairs room or at the very least a couple of suitcase stools so suitcases aren’t directly in the way and on the floor. There were plenty of plates and kitchen items. The outdoor decks were awesome. We had plenty of space in the house for 10 people to hang out and eat and also to get some time away in our own rooms. We enjoyed our first time in Tybee Island and will be back!

It was a great location between 13th & 14th street beach access, located close to everything food, shops & bars. We didn’t want to leave! Definitely would love to rent it again should we vacation back at Tybee Island again!

Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
