The open and airy living area features an electric fireplace to add ambiance all year long. The sleek, modern-designed sofa provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together. The ample kitchen is well equipped and has all stainless appliances, a gas range, and a large center island for dining and entertaining with four seats at the breakfast bar. Enjoy a wet bar and a beverage fridge - true Savannah style. The adjoining den offers guests a flexible bedding option with a sleeper sofa.
Follow the distinctive floating staircase upstairs to the three spacious bedrooms that each have plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. The primary bedroom features a King-size bed and a large smart TV and an ensuite spa-like bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and separate soaking tub. The remaining two bedrooms, each with a King size bed and Smart TVs share a bathroom accessed in the hallway for ease of use for guests. A full-size washer and dryer is available in the hallway.

ST PATRICKS DAY RESERVATIONS require a mandatory $500 refundable security deposit and a $50 non-refundable security deposit inspection/processing fee.

The Savannah Suite Tea townhome was perfect for our trip. Super clean, open, and bright townhome with plenty of space for two toddlers to play. Having Forsyth park a block away was amazing, as the kids had fun at the playground and splash pad (not to mention Collins Quarters too). We had a car, and fortunately there's a driveway right next to the home, making it super easy to get in and out. Bathrooms were clean and spacious, and the bedrooms worked for us. Overall a solid place and highly recommend it. This place is owned by Tybee Vacation Rentals, and we didn't have much contact with them during our stay (in a good way) - all the info you need is on their website/app, and you can simply call them if you need anything.

Cancellations
- Free cancellation for 72 hours after booking if trip is more than 15 days away. After that time any payments made are non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented at full rental rate. See Rental Agreement for full policy.
