The open dining and kitchen space is ideal for entertaining guests and preparing delicious meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is seating for two people at the breakfast bar. Enjoy meals with a group of ten around the dining table, ideal for family gatherings and game nights. The dine-in kitchen table can double as a 'kids table' for dining together for dinners or special holiday gatherings.

Upstairs, there are three separate King bedrooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms. A balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean is attached to the Primary bedroom. The connected spa bathroom is the ideal location to unwind, with his and her vanities and a huge walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 on this floor each have king-sized beds, Smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows, and both have an attached private bathroom. See the Tybee Lighthouse from the north end bedroom windows. Finally, on the main level, the fourth bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Smart TV.

The Seashore Colony on Tybee Island is a private drive located next to Historic Officer's Row, which dates back to the early 1900s and is named for the mansions of ranking officers and their families. North Beach, home to the famous North Beach Grill and the Tybee Island Lighthouse, is also a block away and may be reached by a private pathway. In Tybee's Jaycee Park, you'll find walking and cycling trails, a playground, a disc golf course, and other sports facilities.
