The dining area has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped and has counter seating for 3. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, and attached bath. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. There is an additional separate full bath. There is also a private balcony with seating where you can relax and enjoy the lovely Tybee weather.

Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts.
NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/high seasons
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Location is what you are paying for but you are stacked in close to your neighbors. You can hear the up stairs neighbor every time they walk

Nice spacious condo and very clean. In a nice location super close to the beach. All stores in walkable proximity, brought our beagle with us and stores were accommodating, even gave him water :).

- 61+ Days Prior to Arrival, 15% is due at the time of Booking.
- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
