Lighthouse Point 17C is a top floor 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo located on the North End of Tybee Island with beautiful views from the private balcony! The condo has been nicely renovated, including the kitchen and all baths. The living area has a sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the balcony with seating, from where you can enjoy the amazing ocean views. The kitchen is fully upgraded and features all stainless steel appliances and an under-counter front-loading full-size washer and dryer. For coffee lovers, this home has both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The dining area includes table seating 2, and counter seating for 3.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, attached bath with tub and shower combination, and also has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features 2 adjoined twin beds and a flat-screen TV. There is an additional full bathroom with tub and shower combination just outside the guest bedroom. This is a great condo option for a couple or small family and has many upgraded features including laminate wood floors, stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and much more! There is also in-unit WIFI/high-speed internet for guest use as well as community WIFI at the pools. There are two reserved and covered parking spaces available. This unit is on the top floor, guests must climb stairs, as there is no elevator in this building.

Lighthouse Point Condominiums is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park.

The stairs are brutal. I would include a warning that people with bad knees, etc. should not rent this unit as there is no elevator.
