The open living room area has ocean views from two sides with ceiling to floor sliding glass doors, plenty of seating, and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless fridge, microwave, flat surface stove-top, oven, dishwasher, and in-home stacked washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people.
The spacious bedroom features a plush California King-sized bed and a comfortable chair for reading or watching TV. The bathroom is spacious and includes a large soaker tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanities. There are flat-screen TV-s in the Living room as well as in the bedroom. WIFI is available and will reach outdoors on the oceanfront balcony. Other extras include books and games for your enjoyment.
This is the premier corner condo located on the top floor of the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet-friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. I’ve been telling family that it’s a great place to stay (this is our third visit). The beach is right there, the condo has a lovely view of the ocean, there’s good places to eat nearby and you can also explore Savannah if you wish. It’s become our go-to place for a get-away and it’s not too far of a drive, either.
