The living area for the condo features an incredible view of the ocean through the sliding doors. Watch the sunrise and enjoy the view from the comfort of the living area that has a sleeper sofa and a large wall-mounted 50-inch Smart TV. Take in the view from wherever you are in the open floor plan with a dining table that seats up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating for 4 at the bar. Located just off the hall is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV and has access to the balcony. You can even catch that amazing view while laying in bed! The attached bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a large walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located off the entry hall and share the 2nd full bath which has a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King Size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom is furnished with a twin bed with a trundle and a TV, to sleep up to 2 guests.
This condo is the perfect setting from which to enjoy a Tybee Island vacation. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). 2 covered, reserved parking spaces in the garage for regular-size vehicles. Note: Parking garages may be too small for large vehicles. Maximum height 6'.
Note: This condo building is located just across the street from the public beach parking lot. This is paid parking provided by the City of Tybee Island.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is not pet friendly.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

Check in and out was a breeze. Code for door is so convenient. So happy parking was side by side not end to end for unit 6. View is best on island I suspect. So glad 2 rooms have king beds. Fabulous family place!

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
