The lower level apartment, Bikini Bottom is warm and inviting and has ample space in order to accommodate guests. The living room features a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The dining area has seating for up to 15. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The full bathroom is connected to the primary bedroom and the hallway. There is a half bath/powder room off the kitchen which also houses the washer and dryer.
The second-floor apartment of the cottage, Bikini Top greets guests with a beautifully decorated open living area with a large sectional sofa and a 46-inch flat-screen TV. The dining area, just off the living room, features a dining table that seats up to 8, perfect for a family meal that is prepared on-site in the fully equipped kitchen - located just behind the dining area. There are 3 guestrooms and 2 shared baths. The 1st guest room has a King size bed, The 2nd guest room has a Queen Bed, and the Third bedroom has a King bed, and a connecting room with 2 twin beds and a TV, making this space a perfect option for families with children. There are 2 guest bathrooms, one has a claw-foot tub only, and the second bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
Guests will enjoy the size and the fully fenced backyard with seating and gas grill, perfect for cookouts. Located in a convenient location only a very short 2 block walk to the beach and within close walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The lower level of this home is handicap friendly (ground level, not ADA compliant).
Wifi is available, and there is a total of 4 parking spaces for guests. This home is not pet-friendly.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. This house is wonderful and well laid out. The location is perfect for all ages. 5 minute walk to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Parking is easy in and out. Fence yard to the side of house has corn hole, connect 4 and sand pong. Great place to store beach items and bikes if you bring your own gear. If you have a large party you will need to bring your own large pots and skillets. The house only needs a set of pots, pans and skillets for parties of 10 or more. Plastic glassware would be a great idea. I would rent again and pack my kitchen needs.

This property was Amazing!!! It actually was a 2 block walk to the beach just like it says!!! Plenty of room for our party of 9 adults and 1 child. Would highly recommend this property to future Tybee Island visitors. Just one suggestion - add a second shower on the upper floor. Thank you TVR!!!

The instructions for parking were confusing. They said there was parking in the front and on the side. But in reality the 4 parking spots were in the front. Two on the left in front of the white fence and two on the right. Also, the upstairs bathroom shower would not drain unless you held it down. So, you either held it with one foot while trying to shower or took a shower in ankle high water then stood there holding it down to drain afterward. The floors were very dirty. If there would have been a broom we would have swept it. I did love how big it was and the location was awesome. For the price it was pretty good and fit our family well. If those three things were fixed I would surely stay again. Thank you.
