The living room will greet you with its abundance of natural light pouring in through the bay window and sliding door leading to the furnished balcony. The second Primary on this level also has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. This level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beautiful beach area with calm waves. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, a pool just for the Bay View Villas building, 2 tennis courts, private parking, and is a gated complex.
