Welcome to Brass Rail 303, where beach bliss awaits you! This coastal condo boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 luxurious bathrooms, providing ample space for your vacation crew. Enjoy private balcony access with a partial view of the ocean, the perfect place to enjoy gorgeous sunset views. Take a short stroll to the beach and soak up the sun, sand, and saltwater to your heart's content! Located on Tybee's vibrant South end, this condo also offers easy access to the island's best shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV, and balcony access with partial ocean views. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and additional seating for 3 at the counter. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and balcony access with partial ocean views. The ensuite bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a full-sized bed, a twin-sized bed, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed and a Smart TV. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry and an elevator for guest use. This home is pet-friendly, for an additional fee.

Please note: Pets should be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Use the designated dog walk area behind the building closest to the Butler Avenue gate.

The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas.

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): This property does not allow extended stays.

  • Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
  • Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
  • Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
