Ocean Song 314, Located at Tybee's Beachside Colony Resort, brings you amazing sunrise views from the professionally decorated living area and the private balcony. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home for your vacation retreat.
The open living room area overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and offers plenty of seating, a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven, a Keurig Coffee Maker, dishwasher, and in-home stackable washer and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table that seats four people. The bedroom has a King size bed and a 43-inch flat-screen TV. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity, and a separate tub, and a walk-in shower.
Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and an on-site restaurant The Deck. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. This condo is Pet-Friendly.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!
Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings.
PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches.
EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. Please review your rental agreement for a full list of terms and policies.

- 31-60 Days Prior to Arrival, 50% is due at the time of Booking.
- Within 30 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded less $175 taxed cancellation fee.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee will be retained.
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
