How To Reserve Your Stay

Book your stay online by using our secure website or call our in house, local Vacation Planners at 855.582.2152 to help guide you to the perfect vacation home. On occasion, our website may show little or no properties as available for your dates when there may actually be gaps in the calendar. Our Agents are available seven (7) days a week, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, for questions and assistance.  

Searching for a Property

Our website offers many search features to help you find the perfect vacation rental. From the home page, you can start your initial search by choosing filters like arrival/departure date, preferred location, and/or occupation preferences. After clicking the “search” button, you can further narrow your results by choosing filters such as oceanfront, pet-friendly, and/or private pool. After selecting your preferences, browse through the resulting list of available properties. Depending on the time of year, we offer flexible 2 to 3-night minimum stays in most of our properties. If you are looking for a shorter stay in the summer months, but don’t see open calendar dates on our website, be sure to contact a local Vacation Planner using the chat feature or by phone at 855.582.2152 for assistance. They will inform you of open gap days that may be available for you to book. 

View Photos and Descriptions

From the search page click on the property photo, property name, or "Property Details" button to view additional photos, read a detailed description, see property amenities, and view the availability calendar. 

Receive a Quote or Book Online

Once you’ve selected the perfect vacation home, available within your desired date range, click the pink “Book Now” button. Once booked, you will have the choice to include optional travel insurance and view the total cost of your vacation rental, including taxes and fees. If you choose to opt-out of the optional travel insurance, you must decline the insurance before reserving your stay. After reading through our Reservation Terms & Conditions, you can proceed to submit your reservation.  

Payment Information

TVR is pleased to offer all guests booking at least 15 days prior to arrival free cancellation within 3 days of booking.

Payment Policies: Payment terms vary by length of stay and how far in advance you are reserving. When searching online just select the Book Now button on the search listing or property detail page and the payment policy applicable for your desired dates will be outlined in detail. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. You may also pay by ACH/Electronic Check or Personal Check (US Only) as long as received at least 15 days before arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Book Now, Pay Later: TVR is pleased to offer a special payment plan to all guests that book directly through us for stays 5 months (151+ days) in advance – whether over the phone or on our website. We only require an Initial Payment of $175 (plus Optional Travel Insurance if you accept it). Then a Second Payment (10% Rent + Tax) is due 3 days after booking. No additional payments will be due until 120 days prior to arrival. Select the Book Now option when searching to review your payment policy in detail.

Special Offers

View special offers online or call a local Vacation Planner at 855.582.2152 to ask about our listed specials. To redeem a special offer, please make sure the correct code is entered in the box labeled "Coupon Code", then click apply. The invoice will update with the offered discount if the reservation meets the offer requirements. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments please be sure to include them in the "Comments and Special Request" box, located on the checkout page. When calling to confirm your reservation, we will discuss your comments with you.

Rental Agreement

Your reservation is not final until we have received a signed copy of your Rental Agreement and have spoken to you over the phone to confirm your reservation. Immediately after processing your reservation payment, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation via email, detailing your reservation. Within 24 hours of your reservation payment, you will receive a second email inviting you to review and electronically sign your Rental Agreement. You have three (3) days to sign your Rental Agreement and return it back to us. Reservations arriving within 15 days must sign their Rental Agreement within 24 hours.
